So it seems.

Some eminent names in the list of member Lords. For example I believe one is closely associated with a prominent oil company, a biofuel technology company and a wind farm developer.

That doesn't necessarily mean he'll favour the old hybrid Broads Act, does it?

Oh, never mind.

In other words, "We've been told they'll leave us alone and sod the rest of the Broads......"

Now I KNOW I made the right call when I decided not to apply to NBYC for membership.

Maybe they ought to change their name to Wroxham Broad (and nowhere else) Sailing Club?

Bit early making up your mind there, oh rotating one. My sources tell me that what has been agreed applies to all adjacent waters......

Let's wait to see what is in black and white and then maybe you can get out that application form again, eh?

If that is so, Squits, & I suspect that it is, then that has created one or two interesting anomalies for elsewhere. For obvious reasons I won't go into detail here, g'morning Kier, belated seasons greetings.

Like the astute Coriolis, I also suspect that Wroxham has been bought off. But maybe some good can come out of that.
