Those extremely nice people at BroadsNav.Com, see
http://www.broads-nav.com/index.html
have explained how we can petition the Bill in the Lords. My I suggest that if you are considering petitioning then please take the step of E-mailing your interest now. I suspect that if there are a large number of declarations of intent then that may have an impact on the Business Managers in the Commons. If it is perceived that the Bill remains contentious then this could affect the Governments decision as to whether further parliamentary time should be made available for yet more debate in the Commons.

I suspect Peter means advise the House of Lords Private Bill Office. You need to email Chris Bolton at:

Good looking girl I heard!

Those people who have already registered an interest in petitioning the House of Lords against the BA Bill, will have received an eMail from the Private Bills Office.

The eMail states that links provided at www.broads-nav.com are out of date.

This position has been updated very quickly and we are grateful to Ms Bolton for the mention!
