Horning Mill is a travesty of a Broads mill. The original brick tower was replaced by this flare-sided, faux Dutch smock mill. I understand it's built on the wooden foundations of the original mill. At least the similar building at Potter can claim to be bits of an old Yarmouth helter skelter - this one takes itself seriously! O.F.
