Mardler 16th Oct '06 18:57	I may well have missed a trick here but a notice in the EDP Oct 13 referred to new Boat Safety Byelaws, found here, I think:- http://www.broads-authority.gov.uk/boating/safety/boat-safet y-scheme/boat-safety-bylaws.html Are these being promoted in case the Bill fails? If so, why did we need a Bill for this purpose? Would someone please enlighten me?

peter waller 16th Oct '06 20:00	The BA has made no secret of the fact that they might have to bring in the Boat safety Scheme by the back door if the Bill looked less than likely. Good news really, and proves the point that the bill really isn't needed.
