'The filed Bill is subject to revision and copies of the final version will be made available in due course'.

Ummmm, yes, I expect that it will, but when?

I see in the recent NSBA Winter Newsletter that the Bill is to cost the toll payer at least £50,000.00.

When the Bill was first presented to the Nav Com we were told that the total cost was estimated at £100,000.00 and was to come out of the DEFRA grant, it was NOT coming out of the navigation account.

Trust, not likely to be regained under the present administration.

Hi Tree, no, I will stay with that! I like the happy sound of joyous laughter, only I don't think that having to pay for his stubbornness is at all funny.
