peter waller 19th Nov '08 05:24	I see in the recent NSBA Winter Newsletter that the Bill is to cost the toll payer at least £50,000.00. When the Bill was first presented to the Nav Com we were told that the total cost was estimated at £100,000.00 and was to come out of the DEFRA grant, it was NOT coming out of the navigation account. Trust, not likely to be regained under the present administration.
